Effective February 25, 2025: ALL sales, both in-store and online, are final. We no longer offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing your transaction.
NOTE: Some prior orders (placed between January 25, 2025, and February 24, 2025) may still be eligible for return or exchange. If an item was not marked as 'final sale' or purchased at a discount of 40% or more, your order may qualify for return or exchange. RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: ONLY For Eligible Orders Placed Between January 25, 2025, and February 24, 2025
RETURN WINDOW (count starts from delivery date):
- Within 30 days: Full refund, less original outbound shipping charge
- After 30 days: Not eligible for a refund
- Any return received after 30 days is not eligible for a refund.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pack the item(s) and packing slip in its original packaging and include ALL tags. You can recycle the shipping container it arrived in, or you can put it in a plain box.
- Contact us for a pre-paid return label. A flat-rate charge of $6.99* will be deducted from your refund.
- Print the label and affix it to the outside of the parcel. If you are returning shoes, please DO NOT affix the shipping label directly to the shoe box as this will incur a 50% deduction of your refund amount!
- We are not responsible for any packages until they are received by our staff.
- International shipments are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- All items must be returned in NEW and UNWORN condition (with tags attached and no damage to packaging) to be eligible for a full refund.

EXCHANGES
QUICK, EASY & FREE!
The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the item you want and then return the order you received to us for a refund. We will waive any shipping fees applied to your new order.
This allows us to get your new item out to you quickly and make sure it does not sell to another customer! Once your return is received we will process a refund, less original shipping cost.
Contact us via phone, email, or chat for a pre-paid return label, then drop the package in the mail.
REFUNDS
PROCESSING TIME
- Once a return is received, it is generally processed within 5 days. Returns are processed Tuesday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Refunds are usually issued within 3 business days of the return being processed
- Some delays in processing time may occur during high-volume return periods (December-March)
IMPORTANT QUALIFIERS
- Items returned in new condition with all manufacturer packaging and tags are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds for items returned without manufacturer packaging or tags will be for a maximum of 50-70% of the purchase price.
- Refunds for items returned dirty, damaged or worn will be for 50% of the purchase price.
- Refunds for shoes returned without shoe box or with shoe box taped shut will be for 50% of the purchase price.
- After 30 days items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on items marked as "final sale" or those purchased with a discount of 40% or more off of the listed regular price. If we receive an item that does not meet the criteria for a return, refund, or exchange under our policy, we reserve the right to withhold shipment of the item back to you—based on factors such as its size and condition—and will not process the return, refund, or exchange.

FOOTWEAR RETURNS
Footwear must be returned clean and in the same condition it was received! Include all original packaging that came with the shoes, including the shoe box. Returns where the shoe box is irreparably damaged, wrapped in tape or has a shipping label directly affixed to it will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the purchase price.
RETURN SHIPPING
We DO NOT offer free returns. We are happy to email a return label for which $6.99 will be deducted from your refund. You can also ship an item back to us at your own expense, using any traceable method of your choice.
Good Sports will provide free return shipping if the item is deemed defective, or if there was any mishandling on our part. Please note we may ask for photos and/or more information before providing the label.
RETURN TO SENDER
Any items received as "Return to Sender" are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% to cover the cost of shipping.
IN-STORE SPECIAL ORDERS
Any item that was special ordered by a sales associate at our brick & mortar location is eligible for store credit only.
WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED
The following are not returnable unless prior authorization has been made:
- Final Sale items
- Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more
- Face masks
- Undergarments, next-to-skin layers
- Climbing gear
- Wearable monitors, watches, GPS devices
- Personal care products (lip balm, sunscreen, insect repellent, etc.)
- Items that are used, worn, dirty, damaged, etc.
- Items without original packaging (tags, shoe box)
- Items outside of the 30-day return window
- Items with sticker/tape residue on the manufacturer tags or packaging
WARRANTY & DEFECTS
If an item has a defect due to materials or workmanship, please contact the manufacturer directly. For manufacturer warranty claims, be sure to provide your proof of purchase from Good Sports (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
