Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not refund any original shipping charges. Restocking fees may apply to items that are returned to us in a condition different from which it was received. All original tags and packing must be included with your return.
Returns are processed Tuesday-Friday, excluding holidays. Refunds are usually issued within 5 business days of the return being processed. These times may be extended during certain times of year.

Regular and sale pricing for items on this website may not be the same as prices in our retail locations. Website sales promotions and pricing are exclusive to our website and may not be applicable to in-store purchases.
We do not obligate ourselves to sell merchandise at prices listed on this site in error. While we will make every attempt to verify our prices, sometimes an error will occur. In this case, customers will be offered the opportunity to cancel their purchase with no obligation created on the part of either party.
The inclusion of a price for an item or the listing of an item on this site does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to void or not accept any sale before or after payment is accepted. In the event payment has been accepted, and the item is not available and/or priced incorrectly, we will issue a prompt refund.

PRICE MATCHING
We will consider a price match if and only if the following conditions are met: desired product is in stock with the competitor (exact size/color), the desired price must be from a reputable and authorized dealer of the product and not from a marketplace site (Amazon, eBay, etc.), the desired price must be clearly displayed on the product page (no "see price in cart" or coupon offers will be matched). No price will be matched if the price is greater than 40% off the current MSRP of the product.

The shipping total for an order on this website is an estimation only and can be changed at any time. We will notify customers of any additional shipping charges before the order is processed.
