STANDARD SHIPPING

• Free Shipping offer applies to [most] orders over $99 placed on Goodsports.com with a delivery address within the lower 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
• Ships via USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail), FedEx (Ground or Home Delivery) or UPS (Ground)
• Expedited shipping is also available for an additional charge.
• For your protection and ours, orders over $400 will require a signature upon delivery
• Shipping charges are not refundable if the item is returned to us for any reason
• We can not be held responsible for any delivery delays by the carrier and are not responsible for items once they are marked 'Delivered'
• Shipping speeds are ESTIMATES ONLY and we do not guarantee any delivery times, dates, etc.

HEAVY AND OVERSIZED ITEMS

• Additional shipping charges may apply to items weighing more than 10 lbs
• We will contact you with a shipping quote before shipping
• Items include (but are not limited to): rolling luggage and duffel bags, hiking backpacks with frames, solar panels, coolers
• These shipments are excluded from our flat rate returns offer

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• *NOTICE: ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED AT THIS TIME. WE APLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
• At this time we are only shipping internationally to Canada.
• All international orders ship via USPS Mail International for a flat rate charge of $50
• International shipments are EXCLUDED from all free shipping offers.
• Processing on international shipments may take up to 5 additional business days.
• PayPal is the recommended payment method. This helps expedite verification of your international credit card and address.
• Additional taxes and duties may be added by the receiving country and are not included
• Additional fees will be paid to the carrier by the recipient
• Shipping charges are not refundable if the item is returned to us for any reason.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• Package Forwarders: Customers may utilize package forwarders/shipping services at their own discretion. Good Sports cannot be held liable for any damaged or lost packages after the items are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If shipping to a forwarding service, PayPal is the recommended payment method as it offers extra purchase protection. PayPal helps expedite verification of your credit card and address.

• Good Sports is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
• We love our environment and recycle shipping boxes/containers whenever we can. All of our items are brand new direct from the vendor, but they may arrive to you in a recycled box. We hope you understand!
